Development History of Qianjin Machinery

Due to the rapid development and maturity of steel structure in China, the span of steel structure workshops is getting larger and larger, and roof tile hoisting has gradually become a difficult problem. To solve this difficult hoisting problem, high-pressure tile elevators were born to operate.

Hancangzhou Qianjin Pressing Tile Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. introduced XCMG crane technology, and independently developed a 16-9 Athlon vehicle-mounted high-pressure overhead tile lift in 2003, which filled a gap in the field and obtained an invention patent certificate.

Our company has continuously innovated and improved, and has successfully developed the second-generation JS16.5-9 Athlon high-pressure tile elevator, which has improved the applicable performance and safety of the product.

In 2015, our company successfully developed the third-generation JS16.5-9 Athlon high-pressure aerial tile lift, and added a series of configurations such as double-section outriggers to further improve the overall stability of the equipment.

From 2015 to 2018, our company successively launched JS16.5-9 Athlon IV, JS18.5-9 Athlon IV, JS21.5-9 Pterosaur series, JS24.5-9 Tyrannosaurus series, JS22. 5-9 pterosaur series, JS26-9 tyrannosaurus series and a series of high-quality products. Product safety and user-friendly operating systems have been added such as product guardrails, anti-shake, wide voltage, human-machine interface, telescopic wear-resistant system, automatic sizing system, pressure tile speed increased to more than 30 meters per minute, and so on.

High air pressure tile lift equipment has the following characteristics:

1. Traveling system: There are two types of high-pressure tile elevators: vehicle-mounted and crawler-type:

(1) There are two types of traveling systems for vehicle-mounted high-pressure overhead tile lifts: one is a truck with a length of 4 to 8 meters and 9.96 meters; the other is a 13.35-meter high-height semi-trailer truck. Choose different walking systems according to different lifting heights.

(2) The crawler type high-pressure shoe lift is a high-pressure shoe lift mounted on a hydraulic crawler chassis, which can bear 30 tons.

2. Lifting system: The lifting height of the high-pressure tile elevator is divided into 16.5 meters, 18.5 meters, 21.5 meters, 22.5 meters, 24.5 meters, and 26 meters, which can meet the building height of all steel structure workshops.

3. Load-bearing system: The high-pressure air-pressure tile lift adopts the slewing bearing system produced by XCMG Group. The load-bearing weight can reach 55 tons and the lifting weight can reach 9 tons.

4. Electric control system: adopts Taiwan Delta's PLC automation control system, 15 kW high torque inverter, equipped with high-precision anti-interference counter and explosion-proof industrial wireless remote control.
