If the equipment board runs to the right, it is necessary to pad the left corner with iron block. Maybe the right roller should be flattened. If the first axis deviates, the second axis should be leveled. If the upper roller is flattened, the lower one should also be flattened. The even and symmetrical roller cannot be changed, First, adjust the equal four corners of the front and rear rows of the color steel tile press from the frame to the same position of the upper end of the shaft, and then from the first row to the final row, find a line to straighten, check whether the lower shaft is on a horizontal line, and adjust the left and right ends of the lower shaft to horizontal

Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the machine can be used normally before using the tile press. The following describes the inspection items before using the tile press:

1. Please start the motor idling first to investigate whether it is normal. Put the machine at the intersection of two plates, and adjust the height of the two ends of the feet, and pay attention to whether the roller is in the direction to be pressed

2. Under normal circumstances, the bending width of the pressing plate is 11-15mm, otherwise the machine is easy to take off. It is necessary to ensure that the intersection of the two plates can be tightly buckled together and can not be detached, otherwise the machine will be easily detached

3. When the machine is started, it is necessary for the user to follow the machine. If the front two plates are separated, it is necessary to stop the machine and press the plate flat before starting the machine. Because the machine is one-time molding, the resistance in the pressing plate process is large. In order to ensure the service life of the motor, please stop for 5 minutes every 30 minutes of operation

4. In the process of operation and transfer, pay attention not to damage the roller. It is forbidden to hit the roller with blunt instrument. When it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to keep the oil smooth and wrap it to prevent water leakage
