The mold used in the angle machine requires an upper mold and six lower molds of the same size. The upper mold and the lower mold are installed first. The lower mold is directly mounted on the hexagonal runner table. The upper mold is mounted on the bottom surface of the slide. Above, and place the pad of appropriate thickness to ensure that the gap between the upper and lower molds is uniform after the upper and lower molds are closed, and the distance between the upper and lower molds is equal to the thickness of the required blank. Then the upper mold is used as the standard, the table is indexed, and the remaining five are installed. Pay the mold, all the upper and lower molds can be installed before driving to press the tile. The pressing machine equipment is used to manually place the blank, and the blanking work procedure: Before using the equipment, check whether the connection is firm, whether the mounting bolts and nuts are tightened, The machine should be filled with lubricating oil in order to start the machine for commissioning. First observe the empty car operation, whether there is vibration, noise, whether the oil window comes to the oil, whether the movement of each component is coordinated, the mold can be installed after normal, and the mold is cut when the mold is installed. Power supply, manually move the motor belt or large gear to make the worktable index, and raise the sliding seat to a high point, so that an object is supported between the workbench and the bottom surface of the sliding seat, so that the non-slip seat naturally falls, causing an accident.
